WHAT WERE YOU HOPING TO ACHIEVE IN COACHING?
When I started working with Steve, I was at an important point in my career and looking to advance. One of the goals we discussed was continuing to grow as a leader and eventually reaching an executive role. To get there, I wanted to work through the leadership challenges in front of me, make better career decisions, and build the confidence and perspective to lead at the executive level.
WHAT'S CHANGED FOR YOU SINCE WORKING WITH STEVE?
Since then, I’ve broadened my experience, taken on new challenges, and recently achieved my promotion goal. Steve played an important part in helping me build the confidence, perspective, and leadership skills that contributed to that progression. Today I’m in the executive role I set out to reach, and I have a much clearer sense of how to lead at this level.
