We begin by defining a small number of practical outcomes- communication mastery, executive presence etc. As we move through those goals, we jointly decide if that objective has been achieved. Progress may show up in clearer communication, less self-doubts, better decisions, a recent promotion or increased readiness for a larger role.We review those outcomes throughout the engagement and adjust the work when necessary.

Common topics include executive communication, influence, leadership transitions, difficult stakeholder relationships, organizational politics, career planning, career transitions, decision making, and advancement.Clients do not need to arrive with a perfectly defined problem. Identifying what is really getting in the way is usually integral to the process.

Yes it is. Individual coaching conversations are confidential. But it is not privileged in the same way a relationship with an attorney is. The substance of coaching conversations remains private unless required by law or someone threatens to hurt themselves or another. The same is true for organizational and team coaching.

The length depends on the objectives and complexity of the situation. Some engagements address a focused transition or challenge; others support development over a longer period.We agree on the initial duration and meeting schedule before our sessions begin and review them as our work progresses.Team and Organizational coaching can last months to years depending on scope

Individuals start with a weekly meeting cadence and as particular goals are met we move to a twice monthly schedule. Team and organizational coaching are more fluid ranging from multiple times per week to once a quarter.

Pricing depends on the length, scope, particular objectives and who is being coached.

My organizational advisory service combines business consulting with coaching to help make business initiatives successful, lead through change, manage inter- and intra-departmental underperformance, political challenges and c-suite effectiveness. These services are either project- or retainer-based.
